7) In Ukraine 🇺🇦 the difference is usually 7 hours between EST and EEST time zones, but there is a week usually in March and November in which the difference is 6 hours.
8) In Belarus 🇧🇾 and Russia 🇷🇺, the time difference is 7 hours between March and November, and 8 hours between November and March.
9) In Philippines 🇵🇭, the difference between EST and PHST is 12 hours between March and November, and 13 hours otherwise.
10) In Nigeria 🇳🇬, the time difference is usually 5 hours between March and November, and 6 hours otherwise.
